Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire Flutter Dampers used on the C-5 Galaxy Transport Aircraft using sole source acquisition procedures. Solicitation SPRWA1-22-R-0009 is for a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for New/ Unused material. Detailed drawings are not available from the procuring activity. It will not be a split award but all or none. Items to be procured are as follows: NSN: 1650-01-211-5233UC Part Number: 68130 Manufacturer: EATON AEROSPACE, LLC (CAGE 99643) Best Estimated Quantity:�42 EACH Delivery: 240 days after receipt of contract Duration of Contract Period: Completion of shipment of units This acquisition will be processed sole source to EATON AEROSPACE, LLC in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). A written solicitation will be issued. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(12)(i) - Buy American Act/Free Trade Agreements/Israeli Trade Act: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements."" IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal,�or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
