This notice is for information and planning purposes only. The information herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract. The Government is not obligated to and will not reimburse any costs associated with attending this follow-on open session to the Draft RFP. � The Government will be holding an Open Session TO INDUSTRY MEMBERS WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN COMPLETING ON THE CHS-6 SOURCE SELECTION. Topics for discussion are limited to the CHS-6 acquisition and will include the following: Administration requirements of the CHS-6 contract CHS-6 processing map Use of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module Cost and Pricing Spreadsheet (Draft Solicitation Attachment 0008) Question and Answer period The Open Session will be held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS on 30 March 2022 from 0900-1100 EDT. To receive and invitation to the CHS-6 open session, please email the POCs listed below NLT 3 PM on 29 March 2022 with the subject heading of �CHS-6 Open Session� and include a Microsoft Word Document with a list of attendees to include there name, title, email, and phone number.� Please note, attendee names will be visible to all attendees. Specifications, requirements, and funding may be adjusted and circumstances may dictate a change to acquisition strategy. Government and industry representatives must comply with all laws and regulations governing the release of acquisition?related information. Special care must be exercised to preclude the inadvertent verbal or written release of information which is classified, proprietary, source selection, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System specific or otherwise restricted (see FAR 3.104 and 32 CFR Part 286H Release of Acquisition?Related Information). The Government has also attached answers to the questions provided by industry in response to the Draft Solicitation posted 14 January 2022. END OF UPDATE _____________________________________________________________________________________________ This is NOT an official Request for Proposals (RFP). Please DO NOT submit draft proposals. Comments are encouraged and will be accepted by the POC referenced herein. This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is for informational purposes only and shall not be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described herein. Your response to this RFP will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of a contractor's submission of responses to this announcement or the Government's use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this RFP. The information provided may be used by the Army in developing its acquisition strategy, Performance Work Statement (PWS) and/or Performance Specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFP or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this RFP. Responses to this RFP should be submitted NLT Friday, 28 January 2022. Responses are to be sent via email to Lead Contract Specialist, Mr. Todd Strasavich at todd.m.strasavich.civ@army.mil and copy furnished to Contracting Officer Mr. Phillip Vitakis at phillip.s.vitakis.civ@army.mil. The Government hereby notifies potential RFP responders that the Government intends to use contractor support in the collection of information and development of the acquisition strategy, Performance Work Statement and/or Performance Specifications. The Government intends to allow contractors from Booz Allen Hamilton, Engineering Solutions & Products LLC, JANUS Research Group Inc., Bowhead, and Netwerx, performing advisory and assistance services, to view the RFI responses to aid in the development of this effort. By submitting a response to this RFI, responders understand and consent to the release of any and all data contained in RFI responses, to include proprietary data and other marked information, for development of this effort only, to the contractors performing those services for the Government. The Government will allow for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to be signed amongst the contractors and the responders at the responder�s request.
