Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT- Army Contracting Command (ACC) Redstone Arsenal (RSA)�has a requirement for Bulk Pass-Thru Cables.�This is a sole source with Corning Optical Communications.� IAW FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source.� This sole source synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government shall consider all responses received by 07�March 2022 1200 PM CST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email with responses or questions regarding this requirement at bobbie.j.stafford3.civ@army.mil. This notice will close at 1200 PM CST 07 March 2022. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.�
