- This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for small businesses. Perform�preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Materials Handling�Equipment (MHE) as required for the Defense Commissary Agency commissaries: Mountain Home (ID), Malmstrom (MT), Ellsworth (SD), F.E. Warren (WY) and Grand�Forks (ND). The MHE consists of the following: Electric Walkie Pallet Jacks, Electric�Walkie Stacker, Electric/Gas/Propane/Narrow Aisle Forklifts, Electric Walkie Rider�Pallet Jacks, Order Picker/Stock Selectors and Battery Chargers. A Time and Materials�contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on SAM.gov at�https://sam.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The�product service code (PSC) is J039. North American Industry Classification System�(NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $8 million. All responsible�sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency.
