- The U.S. Forest Service, Washington Office of Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Incident Support Branch-Logistics at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho, is soliciting quotes for the fabrication and delivery of 20,000 Sprinkler Stakes cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0913.� Sprinkler Stakes to be built in accordance with the specifications and dimensions described in the NIFC, Fire Equipment Development Unit, Bureau of Land Management design specification drawing for Sprinkler Stake, and the USDA, Forest Service, Technology & Development Center, Sprinkler Stake General Assembly design specification Drawing Number FXX-01, Rev. 0, dated 09/2006 (Exhibit 1).
