Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Air Link International for PM services on the main terminal, diverters, and blowers as part of the Air Link International System 5000 at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086-4400. This notice of intent is�not�a request for competitive quotes. Air Link International is presumed the only vendor with authorization to provide these services, and there are no authorized service companies outside of Air Link International. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract for service. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219 with a business size standard of $20.5 million. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 1230 PST on 14 April 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above conditions.
