These updated documents coordinate with the information provided on 16 March 2022. Due to the updates to pricing and the PWS, the C-5 SPO would like to provide an opportunity for interested industry partners to ask any additional or unanswered questions they may have regarding this solicitation. We will be setting up a virtual �C-5 Supplemental Depot Capability Q&A session�. We are anticipating Tuesday, 29 March 2022 via Microsoft Teams; however, the final date, time and link to the meeting will be forthcoming. If you are interested in attending this session, please respond via email to Ms. Aliscia Pitts identifying your company�s interest, company POCs for this meeting, and a list of questions your company requests to be addressed during this session. We request all responses by 1600, 25 March 2022. This forum is meant to facilitate discussion to ensure all interested questions concerning the upcoming C-5 Supplemental Depot Capability solicitation are answered and requirements are clear prior to the formal release of the Request for Proposal. *Updated 16 March 2022: Uploading Government responses to Industries RFIs* *There has been a slip in releasing the the RFP for this effort. The government currently anticipates issuing a RFP during the 2nd Qtr of this year.* * This is a Synopsis for this effort. We are anticipating releasing the Request for Proposal (RFP) on 15 February 2022. This is the same effort with the Notice ID -�FA8525-21-C5M-SDC, Titled C-5 Super Galaxy Supplemental Depot Capability. A draft RFP was posted after Industry Day which was held 31 Aug 2021 - 2 Sept 2021.*� This acquisition is to establish a 5 year, IDIQ, Fixed Price Incentive Firm Target (FPIF) contract.� This service provides a temporary depot capability to supplement work performed by the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) at Robins AFB GA as well as similar efforts conducted at C-5M stateside operating locations. �Under this effort the contractor shall be responsible for accomplishing program depot maintenance (PDM), overfly inspections, and depot level modifications/repairs to the C-5M aircraft. �The potential C-5M workload would be compromised of, but limited to, tasks from following efforts: � � �� � Accomplish PDM on up to 2 C-5M aircraft per year (10 total) � 1C-5M-6WC-5, Standard Visual Workcards Minor Isochronal (ISO) Inspection USAF Series C-5M and C-5M Space Cargo Modified (SCM) Aircraft � 1C-5M-6WC-7, Standard Visual Workcards Major ISO Inspection USAF Series C-5M and C-5M (SCM) Aircraft� 1C-5M-6WC-8, Work Cards Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) Inspection Work Cards USAF Series C-5M and C-5M (SCM) Aircraft � � � �System Hardware Repair Modifications: Pylon Wing Interface Repair, Crown Skin replacement, Batman fittings � Other aircraft inspections, maintenance, repairs, modifications, and/or emerging requirements. While PDM provides the foundational framework for this effort, several other efforts may be necessary as required by fleet management/scheduling, such as: Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance Lavatory modifications required to meet modern commercial standard Dorsal Complex (batman) repair and crack repairs Crown skins replacement Crack repairs to the inner and outer Pylon-Wing Interfaces (PWI) Other potential future C-5M inspections, heavy maintenance, repairs, and modifications Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
