Description

AMENDMENT 46 Amendment 46 revises the language in Section III.N.(6) Security Clearances of the contract Agreement and adds the updated Agreement as an attachment to the Solicitation.� The revised language in Section III.N.(6) Security Clearances of the Agreement states: (1) �Security Clearances.� Contractor shall comply with the following requirements pertaining to security clearances: (a) � All personnel performing work under the Contract on the Project site must obtain an Enter on Duty (EOD) determination before they will be granted access to the site. (b) � To obtain an EOD determination, and GSA Access Card, if required, Contractor shall submit for all such personnel a completed Contractor Information Worksheet (CIW), and fingerprints at a USAccess Credentialing Center, or on Form SF87 (if GSA Access Card is not required).� Detailed information is available at http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/107203.� USAccess Credentialing Centers can be located at http://www.fedidcard.gov/centerlist.aspx. (c) � In addition, all such personnel who will be on site 6 months or longer must apply for and receive clearance in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD- 12). See Section IV, Contract Clauses, GSAR 552.204-9. (d) �The Government will withhold final payment until such time as all employee badges (PIV or otherwise) have been collected and returned to the COR.� Any badges not returned as an employee leaves, or at contract conclusion shall be accompanied by a DHS FPS incident report for each badge and a fee of $100 per badge not returned shall be deducted from the contract payment amount. ______________________ AMENDMENT 45 Amendment 45 adds the updated Questions and Answers document as an attachment to the SF30 to the Louisiana Solicitation. ______________________ AMENDMENT 44 Amendment 44 adds the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) and the Pre-Proposal Conference agenda as attachments to the Louisiana Solicitation, updates the final due date for questions from March 14, 2022 to March 18, 2022, and updates the proposal due date from April 1, 2022 to April 13, 2022. ______________________ AMENDMENT 43 Amendment 43 re-opens the solicitation for proposals for the Louisiana Zone.� This is a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery�Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order�Contract for Construction, Repair, and�Alteration, with Design-Build and incidental Abatement for GSA/PBS�Region 7.��One (1) base year, with one (1) one (1)�year option period exercised at the�discretion of the Government, for a total�potential contract period not to exceed�two (2) years.��The Agreement, the Offeror�s Pricing�Proposal Form, and Solicitation sections�I.E., II.F., III.G., and IV. will be�incorporated into the contract.��Deadline for proposals for the Louisiana Zone is April 1, 2022�at 5:00 PM�Central Standard Time. ______________________ AMENDMENT 42 Amendment 42�provides notification of award for contracts in the Houston Zone.��This notice of award is applicable only to the Houston Zone.� All other zones under this solicitation are now closed.� However, due to the possibility of onboarding in the future, this solicitation will remain open. ______________________ AMENDMENT 41 Amendment 41 provides notification of award for contracts in the Austin Zone adding Belt Built CFM Joint Venture making it a total of four awardees. New PoP of 7/22/21 - 7/21/22. Reopening Austin Zone. _______________________ AMENDMENT 40 Amendment 40�provides notification of award for contracts in the Austin Zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. --------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 39 Amendment 39 provides a revised Solicitation Response Form, the minutes for the pre-proposal conference conducted on January 06, 2021, and the questions submitted via email and asked in the pre-proposal conference along with GSA answers. The Solicitation Response Form posted with Amendment 38 showed an offer submission date of January 21, 2021. The correct submission date is January 20, 2021. The Solicitation Response Form attached to this amendment contains the corrected date. Also attached to this amendment are the pre-proposal conference minutes and the questions submitted via email and asked in the pre-proposal conference along with the GSA answers. _______________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 38 Amendment 38�opens the solicitation for proposals for the Houston Zone. All documents associated with this zone are included in Amendment 38�and subsequent amendments which will provide additional information. NO DOCUMENT OR FORM POSTED PRIOR TO AMENDMENT 38�SHOULD BE USED FOR THE HOUSTON�ZONE, except as stated in the solicitation. All documents posted to beta.sam.gov�prior to Amendment 38�apply to previous zones which are closed. Deadline for proposals for the Houston Zone is JANUARY 20, 2021�at 5:00 PM�Central Standard Time. ________________________ AMENDMENT 37 Amendment 37�provides notification of award for contracts in the Border San Antonio zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. --------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 36 Amendment 36�provides notification of award for contracts in the Border El Paso�zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. --------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 35 Amendment 35 provides notification of award for contracts in the Border McAllen zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. AMENDMENT 34 Amendment 34 incorporates clauses in the solicitation for Border El Paso, Border San Antonio, Border McAllen and Austin zones. Offerors are to acknowledge this amendment by completing blocks 8, 15A, 15B and 15C and return the signed amendment to the respective email addresses (see page 2). Deadline for submission is October 23, 2019 at 12:00 PM (NOON) Central Time.
