- RESPONSE DATE:� Offers/Responses are due prior to the Closing Date and Time specified in BLOCK 9�on Page 1 of the Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on or about its estimated issue date of 4/18/2022. Solicitation is for a multiple award long-term Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 3 base contract years. NSN 6665002353820 DETECTOR PAD, FREE WATER UNIT OF ISSUE = PACKAGE(PG) OF 50 EXCEPTION DATA: REFERENCE MIL SPEC IS MIL-D-81248B WITH REVISION TO INCLUDE A 25MM DIAMETER DISC (SIZE 3) BLOTTING DISC PAPER IS SURFACE COATED ON ONE SIDE WITH URANINE.....PAPER THICKNESS SHALL BE 0.610 +/-0.076 MM (OR 0.024 +/- INCHES) CONFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-DTL-81248. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-DTL-81248C NOT 3 REVISION NR C�� DTD 07/22/2020 PART PIECE NUMBER: SIZE 3 FIRST ARTICLE TEST (FAT) WILL BE REQUIRED. Indefinite Quantities for Delivery Orders.� Estimated annual quantity is 6820 PG. Destination Information:� Various DLA Stock Locations Delivery Schedule: 180 days All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The Small Business size standard is� 500 employees. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments Solicited:� 4 Quantity Ranges will be solicited for quantity break pricing. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software.��� Documents not available for downloading from ASSIST can be ordered from the DODSSP using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard, after establishing a DODSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures or by phoning the DoDSSP Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-6396/6257 (DSN: 442-6396/6257). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.�� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
