- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Land and Maritime located at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia, Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, for the items listed below utilizing the North American Industry Classification System Code 333249. This requirement is posted as a brand name or equal which requires products manufactured by Nittoseiko.� This requirement will be set aside as a 100% Small Business concern. The Contract Line Items (CLINs) are as follows. PROCUREMENT OF ASC-270LS AUTO SAMPLER WITH VARIOUS�CHEMISTRY LAB CONSUMABLES (VIAL, SYRINGES, ETC.) TO INCLUDE�INSTALLATION, AND/OR CUSTOMER FAMILIARIZATION ONSITE,�TRAVEL FOR 1 DAY Procurement consists of: � Auto sample changer- model, PN: ASC-270LS � Solid sample measurement Set for ASC-270LS, PN: NS-SC7LSB1 � S-ASC sample boat, ceramic, PN: NS-TX3SCY � Liquid sample measurement set for ASC-270LS, PN: NS-SC7LSB2 � ASC-270LS Tray Unit for 4ml vial, PN: NS-SC7LST4 � Gastight microsyringe, 25uL, PN: NS-MSSGG2 � Gastight microsyringe, l00uL, PN: NS-MSSGGl � Power Cord (100/115V), PN: NS-CAM085 � Installation, PN: REM-INSTALL The installation includes a customer familiarization onsite one (1) day and travel�expenses. 1.3 Period of Performance. The base period of performance for this task order is�from contract award date plus 364 days. NOTE: The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and�Valuation, are applicable for part number: NS-SC7LSB1 and ASC-270LS. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.
