New solicitation issued with complete locations and specifications. This solicitation is to create varios Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)�to provide Ice delivery and�storage freezer rental�throughout Puerto Rico for Tropic Thunder military exercise and other requirements.�Performance locations are identified by geographical areas near San Juan (Region North), Ceiba (Region East), Ponce (Region South) and Aguadilla (Region West).
