Description
This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period for performance-based work to provide support for the FY22-27 Training Support Services and Sustainable Range Program requirements. The maximum amount of this contract shall not exceed $49M. The purpose of this contract is to provide for the full range of environmental, range and training land support services, and implement recommendations per inspections and/or studies coupled with Sustainable Range Program (SRP) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support to U.S. Army Training Support Systems Execution Commands (ACOM?s) including Forces Command (FORSCOM) which is headquartered at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and consists of more than 750,000 Active Army, U.S. Army Reserve (USARC), and U.S. Special Operations Command (USASOC) soldiers. ACOM is further defined as the units and installations assigned and aligned to the Operational mission including FORSCOM, USASOC, USARC and National Guard units/organizations where operations, training and training capabilities are shared, or training is conducted jointly. The environmental, training and range support services consist of, but is not limited to, environmental restoration, environmental conservation and compliance, pollution prevention, erosion and sediment control, storm water and water reuse, quality assurance, facilities maintenance, inspections, data collection and studies, energy management, strategy development, refurbishment (decontamination and retrofit) of obsolete target lifters/equipment, professional services provided by subject matter experts (SME) in gunnery qualifications standards to support range lands sustainment through range re-configuration, range related requirements development, assurance and compliance, training development, target layout, and emplacement verification.
