The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services). The authorized geographic code is 937. The maximum amount of the Contract (including costs and fee) is anticipated to be within a� range of $14 million to $17 million, subject to the availability of funds.� The procurement will be conducted through full and open competition, under which any type of organization (large or small commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 apply. Prospective Offerors must submit questions about this solicitation to Ms. Tanapreeyanun Paoluglam, Acquisition & Assistance (A&A) Specialist, at tpaoluglam@usaid.gov, copy and Ms. Deborah Rakowski, Acquisition & Assistance (A&A) Specialist at drakowski@usaid.gov by the time and date indicated above. The maximum amount of the contract (including costs and fee) is anticipated to be within a range of $14 million to $17 million, subject to the availability of funds. The anticipated release date of the full solicitation is on or about April 1, 2022.� The purpose of the USAID/RDMA Enhance Activity is to strengthen citizen-centric local governance in Thailand. In particular, it aims to 1) Strengthen capacity of local governments and non-governmental stakeholders in citizen-centric governance; 2) Strengthen communications, networking, and learning among government and non-governmental stakeholders to increase innovations that will amplify citizen voice and accountability in local governance; and 3) Ensure wider adoption and/or institutionalization of successful local innovations that support citizen-centric governance. Please note that USAID is seeking feedback to the mentioned documents only and is not seeking technical or cost proposals at this time. Responses to this RFI are voluntary and USAID will not pay respondents for any information provided in response to this RFI.
