Description

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a 1000kW Diesel Generator (DG) to serve as part of an emergency power supply system (EPSS) for providing primary power and/or standby backup power at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) , in San Diego, CA. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. A full description of all requirements associated with this contract action are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated in this Request for Quote (RFQ).
