- **************************Amendment Three************************** The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the following items: Change One: Under 00 21 13, Instructions to Bidders, Paragraph (4), the bid opening room is changed from USACE Main Office, Floor 16, Conference Room 1606 to the CityPlex Tower 1st Floor Auditorium. Visitors are instructed to park in CityPlex Tower East parking lot adjacent to Delaware Ave and enter through the east side entrance. � The requirements to gain access through security on the 16th floor no longer apply.� All other regulations and policies of the CityPlex Towers remain for access to the premises. See map attachement for additional details of parking lot and location map. Change Two: Provide clarification via specification 01 20 00, Measurement and Payment Procedures for additional information on payment for items, for line-items 0005 and 0008. Payment for the agg base for the staging area should be under line-item No. 0005.� The staging area receives no TBSC but will have 8"" agg base. This requirement updates sheet C-102. Line-Item No. 0008 Traffic Bound Surface Course - Access Road is only for the access road from County Road 7 to the staging area. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same. **************************Amendment Two************************** The purpose of this amendment is to provide site visit information, including date, time, and coordinating instructions for a supplemental site visit to W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14.�� A follow-up site visit will be held on Monday, 28 March 2022 at 1:00 PM (CST).��All perspective bidders are requested to meet in the parking lot of the lock at the designated time to recieve additional instructions.� The address of the site is as follows: W.D. Mayo Lock & Dam 14 and Newt Graham Lock & Dam 18.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for repairs to W.D. Mayo Lock & Dam 14 and Newt Graham Lock & Dam 18.� The proposed action will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, sealed bid contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 14. �This will be a small business set aside competitive procurement that will result in the award of one (1) Firm-Fixed Price, C-type contract, using the sealed bid process in accordance with FAR Part 14. Project Description: The scope of the project includes repairs to the in-channel training dikes damaged in the 2019 flood events with 30"" riprap. �This includes a total of four (4) in-channel dikes, with three (3) of them being in W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 and one (1) of them being in Newt Graham Lock and Dam 18. �The repair to the right bank downstream of W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 is broken down into four (4) options and includes re-building of slope and armoring of the slope with 24"" riprap. The following is a breakdown of the project: Base Bid: 0001: �W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 Repair of 3 in-channel training dikes damaged during the 2019 flood events with 30"" riprap. 0002: �Newt Graham Lock and Dam 18 Repair of the in-channel training dike damaged in the 2019 flood events with 30"" riprap. Options: Option One (1):� Slope repair downstream of W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 from Sta. 977+00 to Sta. 997+00.� Repair of slopes on the right bank downstream of the lock and dam damaged during the 2019 flood events Option Two (2):� Slope repair downstream of W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 from Sta. 997+00 to Sta. 1009+00.� Repair of slopes on the right bank downstream of the lock and dam damaged during the 2019 flood events. Option Three (3): �Slope repair downstream of W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 from Sta. 1009+00 to Sta. 1024+39.� Repair of slopes on the right bank downstream of the lock and dam damaged during the 2019 flood events. Option Four (4) - Slope repair downstream of W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 from Sta. 965+75 to Sta. 977+00. The estimated duration of the construction phase is 140 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a small business size standard of $39.5M. This project will be solicited as Small Business acquisition. Please Note: �This solicitation requires bidders to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). �The NIST score is required before an award can be made.
