Description

Amendment 0002 - drawings attachment needed for testing and balancing the new system. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replace in-duct heating coils at the Administration Building Valley Forge National Historical Park (VAFO), King of Prussia, PA PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government based on price, technical, and prior experience. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the solicitation. NAICS CODE: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 21 calendar days after notice to proceed. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for March 29, 2022 at 9:00 AM.
