- Solicitation # HHSNIHOPCSBSS-22-007031 Date Posted 4-1-2021 Date Closed 4-8-2022 This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed for 6 Separators of blood service agreement Fenwal provide scheduled preventive maintenance once every 12 months. The PM's will be scheduled by a qualified service representative + or - 30 days from scheduled due date. Services will be performed on the following: 1. Pump roller lubrication. 2. Instrument calibration: Test or inspection as indicated on Amicus Separator Field Repair Test Matrix Checklist , Document FRM-1571268980 Rev D. 3. Battery test. 4. Adjust or repair any item that does not meet manufacture's qualification criteria. Provide documentation of all work to DTM.� The purpose of this correspondence is to request a PO to purchase all maintenance in accordance with established procedures, as outlined in the current revision of the associated Service Manual. The contractor shall supply all parts and supplies needed for service and maintenance. and �shall provide all labor and travel at no additional cost for the duration of the contract. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Comments to this announcement, referencing this posting number, may be submitted to the CC, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, prior to the closing date, April 8, 2022 at 2:00 EST specified in this announcement, electronically to the attention of Priscilla Abalos, Contract Specialist, Priscilla.abalos@nih.gov by the due date and time marked in this notice.
