Description
The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase / contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part.ALL FIRMS SHOULD INCLUDE THEIR CAGE CODE ON SOLICITATION REQUESTS.Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets the qualification requirement(s) at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.� The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), Qualified Product Databases (QPDs), Military Handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) in Philadelphia, PA. STATEMENT OF WORK:\ Vendor will remove all National Stock Numbers (NSNs) listed in the CLINs of this contract from the full CDL-S system located at NIWIC PACIFIC/UIC: N66001; 4297 Pacific Highway, OT2 San Diego, Ca, 92110. Vendor will disasemble, transport and receipt/induct into CAV; vendor shall inspect and test all parts to validate they are in Ready for Use (RFI) condition (No Faults Found). �If parts do require repair above the contractual line item obligation, vendor shall stop work and provide repair proposals for each individual item to definitize. �Once parts are confirmed RFI, vendor shall package and label as the individual NSNs in accordance with MILSPEC packaging requirements and receipt in �A� condition within CAV.� If parts are considered Beyond Repair or Beyond Economical Repair, disposition will be provided by the contracting officer.
