- Description
- Project work consists of dredging portions of the Big Fishweir Creek and Little Fishweir Creek. Dredged material from Little Fishweir Creek (STA.1+50 to STA. 9+57), the Channel Widener (STA. 33+19 to STA. 35+33.02) and the main channel (STA. 35+33.02 to STA. 55+38) shall be transported to and placed into Bartram Island Disposal Area into Cell B. Dredged material from the upper reaches of Big Fishweir Creek (STA. 1+00 to STA. 18+25) may be transported to and placed into Bartram Island Disposal Area Cell B or an approved upland disposal facility. Cell B is approximately 14 miles northeast of the project location. Prior to demobilization, dewater Cell B by pumping any effluent water into Cell B2. Work also includes turbidity monitoring, endangered species monitoring, vibration control monitoring, channel debris removal, and incidental related work as well as, coordination with JAXPORTs Hired Contractor for disposal in Bartram Island.�
