THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES.� The Indian Health Service intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� For the procurement of the FujiFilm Synapse PACS annual service agreement.� This equipment is owned by and services are proprietary to the manufacturer Fuji. Award: 75H70522P00032 FUJIFILM MEDICAL SYSTEMS U.S.A, INC 419 WEST AVE STAMFORD CT 069026300 DUNS:�041767039 This synopsis does not consitute a solicitation; however, propective vendors may submit a statement of capabilities in response to this notice.� The statement of capabilities must be in writing and contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Governement.� Any parties choosing to respond, all cost associated with the preparation and submission of� incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Governement.� Any submissions shall be submitted by email only.��
