- UPDATE 4/4/22: The purpose of this Draft RFP is to socialize this requirement prior to the formal RFP, and collect feedback from industry and stakeholders through the Google Form linked below.�Feedback, questions, comments, etc., will not be collected in any other manner.�Please note that a set-aside determination has not yet been finalized for this Domain. Draft RFP Feedback Form: https://forms.gle/4ztbNUZmeYRvarWY8 Responses are due 5:00 PM�Eastern Time on Friday, April 22, 2022. All documents in this posting are draft documents. There is no guarantee that any portion of this posting will be unaltered in the final version posted with the Formal RFP. If the revised version is completed prior to the closing date of this Draft RFP, then it will be included via an amendment. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (ProTech) 2.0 Program is a suite of multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts consisting of four Domains: Satellite, Fisheries, Oceans, and Weather. These Domains provide resources in support of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to include its Line and Staff Offices. The ceiling dollar amount for all orders under all ProTech 2.0 Domains is $8,000,000,000. Each Domain has its own IDIQ contract with multiple awards. The Government will host a virtual industry day related to the ProTech 2.0 Fisheries Domain recompete.
