Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for Annual Alaska Land Mobile Radio (Almar) Service. This service will be provided by the Alaska Department of Administration for access rights to establish and maintain antenna sites. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective 04/11/2022 @ 10:00 am EST. The proposed purchase order is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with The Alaska Department of Administration. �In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i), conduct sole source acquisitions, as defined in 2.101, (including brand name) under this subpart only if the need to do so is justified in writing and approved at the levels specified in paragraph (a)(2) of this section. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service may do so electronically.
