- This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these Pitch Days. The Government will not be liable for payment of any expenses incurred as a result of participation in these Pitch Days by any company.� AFTC/PZIOC, in conjunction with the 96 CEG at Eglin AFB, will be conducting Small Business Pitch Days over a two day period via Teams (in-person meetings can be requested). The purpose of these Pitch Days is to allow presentation of Statement of Capabilities. The Pitch Days will be unclassified. The event will be held over two days to maximize participation and will begin at 0800 hrs Central Standard Time (CST) and end at 1500 hrs CST on 27 April 2022 and 29 April 2022. There will be a total of twenty-six (26) slots available for one-on-one sessions.� The thirteen (13) slots on 27 April 2022 will be for contractors who have not held a contract within the last two years at Eglin AFB. The thirteen (13) slots on 29 April 2022 will be for all other contractors.� Slots will be given out on a first come first serve basis until all twenty-six (26) slots are filled. To be considered for a time slot you must be registered under the NAICS 236220.� Each day of the two (2) day events will begin with a (30) minute FY22 Construction Projected Program Overview presented by the 96 CEG and Contracting and a question and answer session, followed by reserved one-on-one sessions to allow for presentation of Capability Statements. Industry is highly encouraged to ask questions during the open discussion period in the morning presentations.� Attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense contractors. Attendees must be U.S. Citizens. Industry partners interested in attending must submit an email pending your status with the subject line: �Attend AFTC/PK and 96 CEG FY22 Pitch Day 27 April 2022 or Attend AFTC/PK and 96 CEG FY22 Pitch Day 29 April 2022� to the administrative POC, Ms. Mary Hallmon, email: mary.hallmon@us.af.mil no later than 1200 hrs EST on 18 April 2022. Please also indicate at that time if you wish to request an in-person presentation.� Any requests for reservations that come in after the above stated date and time will not be accommodated.�� Each attendee�s registration email should contain the following: Company name, CAGE code, Business unit, and address Business type � Identify as Large business, Small business, or any other Socioeconomic classified business Primary point of contact name, phone number and email List of attendees (limit 3) � provide full legal name and confirm U.S. Citizenship for each attendee Preference - In-person or via Teams Please feel free to submit any comments or questions before the event. Reservations for the thirty (30) minute session are available until capacity for the Teams platform has been met. A confirmation of registration for the event will be provided by email. Please note, telephone inquiries will not be accepted. There will be no registration fee for this event.
