Description

The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole source procurement to Aero International, LLC, CAGE Code: 0SML3.� The items being procured are restricted to the approved source.� A technical data package is not available.� This notice of intent�is not�a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. � This effort is for the procurement of:�Shroud Assembly NSN: 6665-01-544-0792 Estimated Quantities: 80 each In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (f)(1)(C), any bids or proposals received in response to publication of a required synopsis notice will be considered.� This procurement will result in a firm fixed price Requirements type contract.
