- ** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY ** This RFI is issued solely for information and market research purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government (USG) to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the USG will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the USG. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Army Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C) has a requirement for Data Driven Leadership (DDL) Course Curriculum Development, and the Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) is exploring available options. The USG is contemplating a 12-month base plus four 12-month option periods beginning this year. Below is a course description Course Description:� Leaders drive, influence, enable, prioritize, and make data driven decisions associated with the development, deployment and employment of AI solutions. AI2C uses the Data Driven Leadership (DDL) Certificate Course as the mechanism to educate and train Army leadership on data management, data science, decision-making, emerging technology, change management, data privacy and security � to assist in the development of a robust enterprise data management and data science capability to improve decision-making to better support Army missions. The course builds a strong foundation of Army leaders well trained in robust enterprise data management, data engineering, and data science best practices and allows the Army to take advantage of these new data centric technologies in support of its missions. DDL is an eleven module, in person certificate program. Each module highlights a theme focused on emerging best practices in enterprise data management, analytics, and business intelligence. �� The Modules are: - Module 1: Enterprise Data Management Foundations - Module 2: Data Strategy and Governance - Module 3: Data Maturity - Module 4: Digital Transformation and Developing a Data Driven Culture� ������������������������ �������������� ������ - Module 5: Analytics for Business Intelligence - Module 6: Applied Data Science - Module 7: Optimization - Module 8: Demystifying AI - Module 9: Data Engineering - Module 10: Data Security and Privacy - Module 11: Data Visualization and Communication Data Driven Leaders will serve as the decision makers who receive decision support through the educated and trained individuals and Data Science Teams created by other AI2C Workforce Development (WFD) programs. While this program does not produce individuals for Data Science Teams (DST), it provides important education and certification to Army Senior Leaders who will guide and direct the employment of Data Science Teams. Deliverables: - Certifications: The contractor shall be responsible for the issuance of all certificates of completion for the Data Driven Leadership (DDL) Certificate Course. - Survey: The contractor shall create and administer surveys to encourage student feedback to provide improvements upon the delivery of the program throughout its development.� - Curriculum/Course materials: Upon completion of the contract, the contractor shall provide to the government, all course material developed as part of the curriculum.
