- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Waters Technologies for a Xevo G2-XS Mass Spectrometer and DESI XS Ion Source to perform high throughput analysis of novel molecules, such as explosives. The aforementioned system must meet the following: Specifications: Xevo G2-XS QTof mass spectrometer DESI XS Source. Data System and applications software. The system shall include: A high resolution quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer A DESI ionization source All software for imaging and instrument control The data station and operating system should be running windows 10 to be consistent with security and data����� processing programs. And must be able to provide delivery, installation, training, and a one-year vendor warranty, including technical support, parts, labor, and travel/shipping from date of installation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 14 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.� The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0129 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.�� Written responses to this notice shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below no later than 14 days from this notice date.
