- Project Synopsis: Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS), under contract to the United States Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration, Nevada Field Office (NNSA/NFO), is seeking sources who can support the following: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements to review the current progress the CONTRACTOR has made in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI�s) to enhance the timeliness of data available for real time decision making. The CONTRACTOR is seeking a Subcontractor to map data pipelines and design the future state of the data architecture and document the steps to achieve real time data to support peak business decisions. CONTRACTOR currently uses PowerBi for data visualizations and Denodo for data governance. The CONTRACTOR needs to design and implement the data architecture for real time decision making. The CONTRACTOR is in the early stages of implementing Office 365. Many of the CONTRACTOR�S metrics are developed manually using Excel spreadsheets. Requirements: The successful awardee shall provide the labor, materials, and facilities to provide the following services: CONTRACTOR is seeking a SUBCONTRACTOR for the assessment (design and discovery) phase of the CONTRACTORS KPI reporting. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall clearly define an Implementation Phase and provide an implementation report and budget for the CONTRACTORS KPI�s. This shall include identifying project sponsors and key stakeholders, develop a clear understanding of the CONTRACTORS established KPI�s, develop a data story logic, mapping data pipelines, drafting the future state architecture, review CONTRACTOR�S implementation readiness, and implementation development roadmap and budget. PHASE I: Assessment of CONTRACTOR�s current KPI�s, period of performance, 4 weeks PHASE II: Implementation of improved KPI�s, period of performance TBD after completion of Phase I. Detailed Requirements: SUBCONTRACTOR shall work with CONTRACTOR to identify Project Sponsor and Key Stakeholders. SUBCONTRACTOR shall conduct focused workshops to evaluate CONTRACTOR�S current KPI set with key stakeholders at both the enterprise and operational site levels. CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR to agree and validate identified KPI set. SUBCONTRACTOR shall develop a standardized interactive reporting structure. SUBCONTRACTOR shall gain concurrence from CONTRACTOR on high level System Logical Architecture. SUBCONTRACTOR shall interview data source owners and collect copies of data sources such as, Excel spreadsheets, Access files, and database tables. SUBCONTRACTOR shall assess CONTRACTOR�S current on-premise and cloud assets for implementation readiness. SUBCONTRACTOR shall identify and develop end user personas. SUBCONTRACTOR shall create an automated KPI visual. Implementation Reporting shall include: SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide schematic diagram of System Architecture. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide schematic diagram of reporting rollup structure. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide a list of data sources for the CONTRACTOR KPI set. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide a current state diagram of CONTRACTOR�S IT infrastructure. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above services, are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by April 16, 2022. Interested parties must provide the following information: Capability Statement that possess sufficient detail to clearly demonstrate evidence of prior experience providing these same types of services.
