- The current forge and heat treat shop will be relocated within the next few years.� Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) requires an engineering study by a company with expertise in forge, heat treat equipment, and facility design and operation, to provide evaluations and recommendations for the transition and establishment of the new forge and heat-treat shop location.� The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
