Description

This Amendment 9�to the FENS SIR contains AMS clause updates, instructions to offerors for submission of multiplicative price factors, and for extension of the required validity period of the proposals. Note that the FAA is allowing a one-week review and comment period for offerors to assess potential impacts. A response is required from each offeror with an explicit statement as to whether any changes to its proposal may be required. The response is due no later than April 12, 2022 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.� Each response must: (1) notify the FENS Contracting Officer as to whether there are any impacts to its proposal that, in the opinion of the offeror, require a change to their proposal; and (2) if so, identify the scope of the impacts (i.e., specific sections) including a description of the nature of any changes sought and the rationale for the changes. Full instructions are attached to this Amendment 9. No change was made to any other sections of the SIR.
