Description

The United States Embassy in Riga requires annual preventative maintenance services performed by technicians at the Top Secret classified clearance level, to provide routine maintenance to the PCC Chiller located in controlled spaces within the United States Embassy Compound. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The qualified company must have a Top Secret DOD Facility Clearance; visiting technicians must have a Top Secret Clearance and previous knowledge of the Airstack Air Cooled chiller installed in Riga serving both unclassified and classified spaces. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options.
