***Please note the solicitation IFB number will be: N6134022B0001*** The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to provide turnkey live-fire Fire Fighting (FF) and Damage Control (DC) Training courses to Navy, NROTC, and Coastguard personnel stationed in the Pacific Northwest (PACNORWEST) Fleet Concentration Area (FCA), in the Seattle, WA area. Please note this is a requirement for training courses to be provided in an existing contractor-provided facility. This is not a military construction (MILCON) requirement. Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following.� The full Performance Work Statement will be provided with the Invitation for Bid (IFB): The FF and DC Wet Trainer Facilities (classroom and trainers) shall be able to accommodate a maximum of 24 students and a minimum of 15 students. In addition, the training classrooms and �live-fire� training rooms shall include at a minimum, berthing, boiler, engine and kitchen areas similar to ship board areas, and shall be co-located within 5 driving miles. The facility shall be adequate to train fire fighting personnel to extinguish Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie Class fires in accordance with standard Navy policy and procedures included in the Training Course Control Documents (TCCD), in a �live-fire� environment. The contractor�s training facility shall have the ability to provide damage control wet training scenarios and fire fighting simultaneously. The contractor shall provide transportation for students to and from Naval Station Everett or USCG Base Seattle to contractor�s facilities. The contractor shall be responsible for preventative maintenance of all GFP equipment. The contractor shall provide nutritional lunches to students for each training day. ACQUISITION APPROACH: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements Contract. The Government intends to award the initial task order with the basic contract award. The ordering period for this effort is 5 years. The tentative timeframe for Invitation for Bids (IFB) release is April 2022. The NAICS code is 611519, with a size standard of $16.5 Million.
