Description
(i)�� �This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)�� �This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. � (iii)�� �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. � (iv)�� �This procurement is set aside for Small Business concerns. �The NAICS code is 332999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. � (v) Schedule of Items/Price Schedule Please see attached excel spreadsheet for points of contacts, items, quantities, and delivery locations.�� � Schedule Notes: � a)�� �An excel spreadsheet is attached to provide pricing. � b)�� �One award will be made from this solicitation, contractors must submit pricing for all items.� c)�� �Please note there are several different delivery locations and points of contacts. (vi) Description of Requirement (including a list of any attachments) This requirement includes various fire rings located in several different locations in Washington and Oregon state. Items include: 1.�� �Pilot Rock Model FA 30/18/PA or equal - 32� diameter, 16 7/8� tall fire ring. �Shall contain an adjustable cooking grate. Ring shall be constructed from 3/16� thick steel with a form, not welded, shall contain a 1� minimum flanged lip at the top of the ring. Shall contain minimum of 9/16� diameter holes spaced around the ring and the bottom perimeter. Cooking grate shall be a minimum of 270 sq in and constructed from 5/8� diameter A-36 steel bars around the perimeter. Grate shall be secured to the fire ring by two vertical steel bars that will allow at a minimum of 7� of infinite adjustment within and above the ring. The grate shall be ablet o hang in a nonobtrusive manner when tipped backward. The grate shall include two adjusting handles with spring grips. Ring shall be finished in a high temperature, heat resistant and nontoxic black enamel. Shall also include anchor pins for concrete embedment. 2.�� �Pilot Rock Model FS 30/16/PA Accessible or equal- 32� diameter, 16 7/8� tall fire ring. Ring shall be constructed from 3/16� thick steel with a form, not welded. Shall contain an adjustable cooking grate a minimum of 290 sq in constructed from a minimum of 5/8� diameter A-36 steel bars around the perimeter, �� diameter A-36 steel bar for the handle. Grate shall be attached as to provide a mechanically secure theft proof attachment. Shall contain to spring grips. Unit shall be constructed as to allow reasonably easy access to the cooking grate for a wheelchair. Shall contain anchor pins to allow for concrete embedment. Ring shall be finished in a high temperature, heat resistant and nontoxic black enamel. 3.�� �Pilot Rock Model FSW 30/24/PA Accessible or equal � 23 3/8� tall fire ring. Ring shall be constructed from 3/16� thick steel with a form, not welded. Ring shall be constructed from 3/16� thick steel with a form, not welded, shall contain a 1� minimum flanged lip at the top of the ring. Cooking grate shall be a minimum of 300 sq in and constructed from 5/8� diameter A-36 steel bars around the perimeter. Grate shall be mounted on a tube allowing it to rotate on a horizontal plane out of the fire ring. Shall contain welded stops that limit rotation to 180 degrees to prevent the handle entering the area over the fire. . Shall contain anchor pins to allow for concrete embedment. Ring shall be finished in a high temperature, heat resistant and nontoxic black enamel. 4.�� �Pilot Rock Model LDW 36/18/AL Accessible or equal � 26 9/16� tall fire ring. Ring shall be constructed from 3/16� thick steel with a form, not welded, shall contain a 1� minimum flanged lip at the top of the ring. Cooking grate shall be a minimum of 300 sq in and constructed from 5/8� diameter A-36 steel bars around the perimeter. Grate shall be mounted to two support bars in order to allow adjustment in vertical slots. Grate handles shall have to spring coil grips. Ring shall allow for vertical adjustment of the grate, no swivel. Ring shall include anchor pins to allow for concrete embedment. Ring shall be finished in a high temperature, heat resistant and nontoxic black enamel. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor�s directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.
