Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.� No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP), seeks information/solutions from qualified contractors that can provide required personnel, experts, equipment, materials and supervision to develop and deploy supplemental call center support to triage and coordinate responses to OSHA Regional and Area Office calls and E-Correspondence. The requirement details and instructions are in the attachment. Responses must be submitted to Ericka Graham, graham.ericka@dol.gov no later than Friday, April 8, 2022 at 5:00pm EST.� Questions regarding this RFI must be emailed to the above point of contact by Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 3:00pm EST.
