- The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to acquire spare parts and integrated maintenance and repair, to support the AN/TSC-183A Combat Support Service Very Small Aperture Terminal (CSS-VSAT) satellite communications system Requirements Description: The AN/TSC-183A CSS VSAT is a highly effective, easy to use, transportable commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) based solution that supports the exchange of broadband information up to Sensitive Information (SI). The AN/TSC-183A CSS VSAT is rapidly deployable to anywhere in the world, and is fully integrated into the Global Information Grid (GIG). The AN/TSC-183A CSS VSAT provides worldwide data and voice communications, by accessing the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TD is not available for release. �This is a follow-on for ACC contract # W56JSR-17-D-0006 This sought source is conducted to determine possible sources of supply, for the spare parts listed in the attached �Appendix A� and services for the AN/TSC-183A Combat Support Service Very Small Aperture Terminal (CSS-VSAT) satellite communications system.�The required services are, but not limitied to, system training and depot level support for all other components of the CSS-VSAT.� Depot level repair includes repairing complete terminal units, replacing repair parts deemed depot level maintenance, and conducting overhaul of systems as required. �The training includes troubleshooting, maintaining, resetting and overhaul and on the job training for AN/TSC-183A CSS VSAT. Requested Response Information: Government is requesting sources which can manufacture or supply the parts listed in appendix A and provide system training and depot level support for all other components of the CSS-VSAT; to include repairing complete terminal units, replacing repair parts deemed depot level maintenance, and conducting training and overhaul of systems as required. This can be completed through RESET Program, general upgrades as required by government, or other program.� Interested sources are requested to submit information to show that their capability to provide system training, depot level repair and supply/manufacture the same form, fit and function equivalents of and be completely interchangeable with items the current parts used in AN/TSC-183A CSS VSAT.� At a minimum, information submitted should include but is not limited to the following types of documentation: Questionnaire. In your response, please include your company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contract with email address and telephone number. Notice, Response Due Date, and Points of Contact: This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this SSA or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this SSA. This Sources sought announcement (SSA) is for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from this announcement will be used to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business.� Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and/or to assist in making acquisition strategy decisions in the future.
