Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and market research planning purposes only.� It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government.� All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy.� This is strictly market research.� The Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) is planning a 2022 construction project at the Lake Ashtabula Mel Rieman Recreation Area, 2630 114th Ave SE, Valley City, ND 58072.� This project requires a Contractor to provide all the necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and facilities necessary to furnish and install a 5,000-gallon septic holding tank with a wireless high-water-level alarm.� The Government anticipates that the Contractor will also be required to cap/plug and abandon some existing waste pipe; however, does not anticipate that abandonment of the existing septic holding tank will be the Contractor�s responsibility.
