THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL or QUOTATION. � This sources sought notice is in compliance with the Final Rule on Buy Indian Act. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to thisnotice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is 621512-Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The Product Service Code for this requirement is Q301-Laboratory Testing Services. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information on qualified Native Ameican or Indian Owned Contractors who have evidence of current capability to provide teleradiology services and provide Medical Director Physician over-sight for operational issues for the Hopi Health Care Center, to include current Indian Health Service Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process for certification/interim clearance for all electronic systems required to interface with the Indian Health Service Network for the Hopi Health Care Center located in Polacca, Arizona. Also, have the ability to interface directly to directly transcribe radiology interpretations into the patient record. The contractor must have computer hardware that is capable of receiving Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliant images from the Hopi Health Care Center with appropriate privacy and information safeguards. In response to this sources sought notice, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding if the business is considered other than small or small. If it is a small business, please include the small business type(s)/certifications(s) (such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that�will be pursued, if any. 3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. If solicited the clause HSAR 352.232-71� will apply. As stated:�: HSAR 352.232-71 Electronic Submission of Invoice Payment Requests (Feb 2022) (a) Definitions. As used in this clause- Payment request means a bill, voucher, invoice, or request for contract financing payment with associated supporting documentation. The payment request must comply with the requirements identified in FAR 32.905(b), ""Content of Invoices"" and the applicable Payment clause included in this contract.� (b)� � Except as provided in paragraph (c) of this clause, the Contractor shall submit payment requests electronically using the Department ofTreasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) or successor system. Information regarding IPP, including IPP Customer Support contact information, is available at www.ipp.gov or any successor site. (c)�� � The Contractor may submit payment requests using other than IPP only when the Contracting Officer authorizes alternate procedures in writing in accordance with HHS procedures. (d)�� �If alternate payment procedures are authorized, the Contractor shall include a copy of the Contracting Officer's written authorization with each payment request. End of Clause
