Description

Summary: The Contractor shall provide Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services to the Atlanta VAMC located in Decatur, GA, in accordance with the Scope of Work located within the solicitation. Also see the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) located within the solicitation. This is a Base Year plus 4 Option Year Service Contract, dependent upon availability of funds. No terms or conditions shall be made in the offers that supersede the terms and conditions set forth by the government. This is not a local area set-aside, therefore the opportunity for subcontracting exists. The prime contractor shall meet the eligibility for award/competition requirements below. Eligibility for Award/Competition Requirements: This contract shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owed Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offeror shall be registered and show as an SDVOSB in both the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) and the Systems for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of offer. Failure to be registered and showing in both VIP and SAM as an SDVOSB shall result in a failed offer, and not be considered for award.
