Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Recruiting Facilities Program, is seeking adequate parking for 4 (four) Government vehicles within the delineated area.� Vehicles should be available 24 hours a day /7 days a week.� Potential locations must meet the following criteria, at the minimum, to be eligible for approval from the services and additional requirements may be disclosed, if selected. LOCATION:�� Minneapolis, MN Delineated Area N.� Boundary:� �Como Ave SE S.� Boundary: ���E River Road /I-94 E.� Boundary:� �27th Ave SE W. Boundary:�� Church Street If you have a location that meets the required criteria and interested in consideration, please email the provided USACE member in this advertisement with:����������� ����������� Location Address ����������� Sq. Ft. Available ����������� Point of contact information of your representative����������� Must be willing to register in Sam.gov and willing to secure these spaces with a Government Lease.� Once confirmed this location meets the minimum requirements, you will be contacted.� All locations that meet the criteria will be given the opportunity to solicit a bid for award, provided no other circumstances uncover a reason (deemed disqualifying by USACE personnel) to eliminate the site from contention.
