SDVOSBC Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)
 

Description

The project is comprised to repair the building 1809 range control facilities (RCF) gatehouse and awning on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as specific tasks in Scope of Work (Appendix 1). The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). A. NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction B. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments. C. This acquisition has been designated for procurement as a SDVOSB Set-aside and will be awarded via request for proposal IAW FAR Part 15. D. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(f) between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. E. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. F. The construction wage requirements statute (DAVIS-Bacon)FL20220105, Building applies to this project. G. The Period of Performance is 330 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed
