Description

SAM-D is announcing a Special Notice to advertise for the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) IV reacquisition Industry Days, to be held at Kirtland AFB, NM.� �Industry Days are scheduled to begin on at 0830, Monday, 18 April 2022 and end 1530, Wednesday, 20 April 2022 and will consist of JNWC briefings, JNWC facility and laboratory tours, and will end with a questions and answers session.� The Government intends to purchase JNWC support using FAR 35 Research and Development procedures and will solicit to the most technically competent entities that offer the most scientific and technical sources conforming to the needs of the government. It is anticipated that the Government will award a single award IDIQ with two, 5-year ordering periods. The government has attached two DRAFT Work statements as follows: a. PWS for the anticipated first task order to provide support services for this research and development required on this IDIQ. b. WS for the base IDIQ to provide an overview of any/all anticipated work for the JNWC office Interested offerors are requested to complete and return to the POC's (Contracting Officers Marie Kuhn and Rebecca Graham) of this notification, the attached Short Term Pre-Notification Form for a Visitor Pass allowing access to Kirtland AFB and the JNWC facilities NLT 0800 MST, Monday, 11 April 2022. ��For this Industry Day event, the JNWC security team requires a list of individuals (per company) and they must submit the following information: First Name; Middle Name; Last Name; Date of Birth; Driver's License State/Number; U.S. Citizen.�� NOTE: Base access shall be completed for all individuals regardless of your current ability to access the base via alternative access badges. ALL individuals coming to the Industry Day need to fill out the attached Short Term Notice form. This is not just a pass for the car to get on base � this lets 377 Security Forces know who is on the installation and why. Occasionally the 377 SFS check ID cards and accesses in the Phillips Conference Center and check ID cards. JNWC will not take responsibility for individuals not identified ahead of time. The government will post an Industry Day Agenda. This information will be forthcoming, so please continue to check back on this site for updates.
