- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the�format in subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This�announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ22Q1018 and it is being issued as a Request�for Quotes (RFQ). Offers are due ON THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED IN BOX 8. Offers shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail�to seth.b.balsters@usace.army.mil. All offers must be good for at least 90 days from offer due�date. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in�effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-84. This synopsis/solicitation will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-aside and the associated�North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 562111 for �Solid Waste Collection� The SBA business size standard is: $41,500,000.00. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code: 4212: Waste Management Product/Service Code: P400 for �Salvage- Demolition of Buildings� Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need�for demolition and removal of structures in Talley Bend campground. The contractors shall perform�all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statements. The Contractor shall comply with�all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided�services. Place of Contract Performance: Talley Bend, Harry S Truman Lake Project, Missouri. Far 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial does apply to this acquisition with no addenda�to the provision and is located in Section L of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A: The answer is Yes. The debris can be used as bank stabilization along the bank where the ramp is removed. It shall be placed in layers and not piled, and be without exposed reinforcement. Q: Where is the approved landfill location? A: There is no required landfill, and you should verify the resources available nearest the worksite to ensure they accept the material.
