Description

OPM LEVELS 3 AND 4 MANAGEMENT TRAINING The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Paradigm Leaders, LLC. for OPM Levels 3 and 4 Management Training courses.� This procurement is sole source for the following reason:� The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) had courses taught by Paradigm Leaders, LLC. for the Level 3 Leadership Cohort of 20 employees as a pilot program in 2021 to evaluate the course content and relevancy to NSWC PCD attendees. These courses are proprietary courses developed by Paradigm Leaders, LLC. The Pilot has concluded and the next Level 3 Leadership Cohort course will be taught in 2022 to accomplish the same learning objectives. The command will have the courses taught in the Level 4 Leadership Cohort. To keep the course content and learning topics consistent in the training program, NSWC PCD must have the same vendor provide the proprietary training again.� Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
