ANY SUBMITTED PROPOSALS WILL BE DESTROYED*** *** DO NOT SEND QUESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION*** ***APPENDIX 2, REFERENCED IN THE PWS, WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME*** The purpose of this sysnoposis is to publicize the formthcoming acquisition for Washers and Dryers Leasing, Cleaning, Maintenance, Repair, and Dryer Exhaust Vent Cleaning Services at Sheppard AFB Washer. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, certification, materials, supervision and all other items or services necessary for washer and dryer leasing, cleaning, maintenance, repair and dryer exhaust vent/duct cleaning service defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at various locations on Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB) located in Wichita Falls, Texas. Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery, installation, connections/hook up, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal and relocation as well as certified dryer exhaust cleaning on contractor furnished washers and dryers in accordance with Appendix 1, Washer/Dryer Requirement by Building and Type and Appendix 2, Existing Laundry Room Floor Plans.� The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with manufacturer�s recommended commercial practices and this PWS. The contractor shall have a full working knowledge of industry standards and codes for washers, dryers, and exhaust systems.
