REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS NO. 36C25022R0005 � Canton, OH 36C25022R0005 Amendment#2 (Attachment) This Amendment Refers to RLP Section 1.02 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM, & OCCUPANCY DATE (OCT 2016)- Letter C&F As it Reads Now: C.� The Government requires 30 surface/outside parking spaces, inclusive of 3 handicap accessible spaces, and 4 reserved for the exclusive use of the government.� The Government also requires bicycle parking and outside parking with�a secure gate and fence to park the Mobile Vet Center, with the following dimensions ""38-feet long"" RV with at least a 13-feet 6-inch clearance.� This space must be secured and lit in accordance with the Security Requirements set forth in the Lease.� Offeror shall include the cost of this parking as part of the rental consideration.� Parking spaces shall be paved, striped, and maintained for the duration of the lease. Is Now Amended to Read as the Following: C. As it Reads Now: F.� The lease term shall not exceed 20 years, with 5 Years Firm, with Government terminations rights, in whole or parts, effective at any time after the Firm term of the Lease by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice. Is Now Amended to Read as the Following: F.� The lease term shall not exceed 20 years, with 10 Years Firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice. No other Changes to Follow.� All other Requirements of RLP and Exhibits remain the same. Please sign and return after receipt of Amendment and return a copy with the RLP submission. Proposals are due April 29, 2022, at 12:00PM Eastern Time. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36C250-22-AP-2778 (original posted 02/25/2022; delineated map updated 03/02/2022)� This Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals for a Lease described in the RLP documents. The Government will evaluate proposals conforming to the RLP requirements in accordance with the Method of Award set forth below to select an Offeror for award. �The Government will award the Lease to the selected Offeror, subject to the conditions below. The Offeror's executed Lease shall constitute a firm offer. �No Lease shall be formed until the LCO executes the Lease and delivers a signed copy to the Offeror.� A. The Government seeks to lease approximately 4,158 ANSI BOMA (ABOA), Not to Exceed 5,000 of Rentable Square Feet of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below. �See Section 2 of the Lease for applicable ANSI/BOMA standards.� B. The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. �If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. C. The Government requires 30 surface/outside parking spaces, inclusive of 3 handicap accessible spaces, and 4 reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. �The Government also requires bicycle parking and a covered and or secured space to park the Mobile Vet Center, with the following dimensions �38-feet long RV with at least a 13-feet 6-inch clearance.� �This space must be secured and lit in accordance with the Security Requirements set forth in the Lease. �Offeror shall include the cost of this parking as part of the rental consideration.� Parking spaces shall be paved, striped, and maintained for the duration of the lease. D. The lease term shall not exceed 20 years, with 5 Years Firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or in parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 60 days� prior written notice. E. The Lease Term Commencement Date will be on or about 09-09-2022, or upon acceptance of the Space, whichever is later. The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows: North:�� �E. Maple Street, W. Maple Street, Ream Ave. NW & Portage St. NW South:�� �12th Street NW and 13th Street NW West:�� �Lake O Springs Ave., NW, N.
