General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�OR City:�John Day Delineated Area:�Urban Growth Boundary of John Day, OR Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�30,267 (27,891 Office, 2,376 Warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�31,175 (28,728 Office, 2,447 Warehouse) Space Type:�Office / Warehouse Parking Spaces:�254 spaces are required in total; 180 parking spaces shall be unsecured 72 spaces shall be secured/fenced 2 parking spaces shall be for oversized vehicles (8 by 40 feet) Full Term:�20 Firm Term:�10 Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Space provided must be ground floor or above. Ability to install a 75� antenna tower adjacent to the building or affix an antenna to the roof to meet a 75� total high from ground. Floor loading sufficient to support approximately 350 ABOA SF of evidence storage and high-density files Warehouse Space Must be attached to the office building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount (if any) Date of space availability; Building ownership information; Amount of parking available on-site.
