- Tracking Number: W912HQ22S0013 Set-Aside: 8(a) Small Businesses, with specific interest in hearing from ANC firms NAICS Code: 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services This is a sources sought notice for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Power Reliability Enhancement Program (PREP) Office. This announcement is made by USACE Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity Contracting Center and is part of market research efforts to assess industry capabilities that will best address the Government�s need for Specialized Power and Reliability Consulting (SPARC) services. PREP requires a qualified contractor to provide support services to ensure mission reliability of electric power and mechanical cooling systems and other infrastructure that supports the National Military Command System as well as Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance facilities. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the services required. The Government anticipates issuing a firm-fixed price type IDIQ contract for a period of five years, inclusive of options. The estimated value ranges between $50-$60 million. � Services are currently provided under task order FA807519FA046 by Adams Communications & Engineering Technology, Inc. The Government is interested in responses to the following areas of information by interested vendors: 1. Company name, CAGE code, DUNS, and address. 2. Comments and suggestions on the draft PWS. 3. A description of the capabilities that demonstrate the interested vendor�s ability to provide the services described in the PWS. 4. A description of the interested vendor�s history supporting similar contracts, including a variety of contract types (FFP, Cost, IDIQ, task orders, etc.). Please include the contract number(s) for any completed or in-progress contract of similar work. 5. A brief discussion of resources available to provide the required services (personnel, facilities, equipment, certifications, etc.). 6. Identify whether your firm is small or an other than small business with regards to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. If small, identify the specific socioeconomic classification(s). Address your firm�s abilities to comply with Limitations on Subcontracting specific to this requirement. 7. Any information that would be useful in understanding the market for this NAICS code, such as: commerciality of services, standard industry practices, and current and forecasted market trends.� This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. Any response to this announcement shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information resulting from this announcement. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this announcement are not offers and will not be accepted by the United States Government to form a binding contract.
