Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking businesses that are interested in and capable of performing Bridge Rehabilitation and Paint Work at Jerry F. Costello Lock and Dam located on the Kaskaskia River at the confluence of the Mississippi River at river mile 117 near Modoc, Illinois. The site consists of a navigation lock and a dam containing two 60 foot by 30 foot tainter gates. The main lock is 600 ft by 84 ft with a set of miter gates at the upstream and downstream ends.
