The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Sterile Processing Services Work Station for the Jesse Brown VAMC. General Requirements: Salient Characteristics: Be 72 X 32 W workstations to accommodate the space requirements of the renovation project. Height-adjustable to address worker ergonomics and have electro-mechanical lifts that feature 3-year warranties and easily serviceable. Built- in dimmable table lights for inspection of instruments and packaging materials and can be serviced internally therefore saving cost on service repairs. Include wall peg boards with hood that provides lighting for mounting accessories at the point of use and wire electrical cords away to prevent clutter of the counters. Wall mount keyboard and monitor arms for electronic instrument tracking system. Wall mount for Instrument Inspection Unit. Stainless Steel Shelves for mounting accessories for Prep and Pack. Built-in rail for hanging up sterilization materials. Equipped with up to eight (8) additional power outlets per station. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirement depicted above. Documentation from manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer.
