THIS IS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD� - FOR�OEM ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR BELL HELICOPTER 212 FIELD UNDER CONTRACT�FA286022C0021.� IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)� - For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting�Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract�action deem only one source reasonably available.�As required by FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), this memorandum explains the absence of competition for this acquisition, as only one source will be solicited for this requirement.� This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice, and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No solicitation is available and telephone requests for information will not be accepted.�
