Description

4/8/2022 - Abstract of Bids is attached.� The USDA Forest Service has a requisition to repair Bisley Road Landslide on El Yunque National Forest Park in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The work requirement is located�south of the El Portal Visitor Center. From PR-3 in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico follow PR-191 for approx. 3 miles then turn left onto PR-988 for approx. 3 miles, Forest Service Road 915 will be on your right. Project coordinates: Latitude: 18�19' 17.23""N; Longitude: 65�44' 33.49""W. (a)� Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions no later than March 23, 2022 by 4:00pm. (b)� The Government assumes no responsibility for any expense incurred by an offeror prior to contract award. (c)� Offerors are cautioned that it is the responsibility of the offeror to seek clarification prior to submitting an offer. (d)� Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.
